As James evolved, so did his understanding of what photography meant to him. It wasn’t just about creating images; it became about connection. Whether working with people at their most prepared or their most vulnerable, James started to see photography as a way to preserve something real, a moment, a feeling, a story. The camera became a bridge between what he saw and what others felt.  Over time, James realised that creativity is as much about discovery as it is about expression. The deeper he went, the more James craved work that felt meaningful, not just visually but emotionally. That search for purpose shaped not only his photography but also how he approaches everything he does today.
